In addition to the Fan Choice Awards, the Editor’s Choice Awards honor aspiring writers with a cash prize of $100, along with $10 Amazon Gift Cards to active FicFun.com users who are vocal on the comment sections. “Many submitted stories were so heart-warming and gripping that both our editors and readers had a hard time in selecting winners,” said Matthew Liu,the company director of FicFun. “We want to thank all contestants for sending in their original works of fiction. They truly made our first contest a success.”
“FicFun is a growing community of independent authors of fiction, as well as passionate readers, so this contest was a great opportunity for us to connect with more talented writers from all over the world, and give them an audience, too” said Matthew.
FicFun will soon announce their second fiction writing contest, which according to Matthew, will be “grander, with bigger awards for winners.”
